If you are not completely satisfied with your land purchase, simply let us know in the first 60 days and we will refund your down payment and first monthly payment in full.  Refund would not apply to the $249 document processing fee.

OR … if you are unsatisfied with your parcel, we will make an exchange for any other piece of land in our portfolio during the first YEAR of your contract. 

We will also apply all of your payments to that new parcel!
